In what could become of the biggest projects of the year, Parker College of Chiropractic is evaluating its space options—including, sources say, a three-building, 350,000-square-foot “wellness village” it would develop as a build-to-suit. Josh White, Doug Carignan, and Stephen Holley with Jones Lang LaSalle are running with the deal.
The school currently has a 340,400-square-foot main campus at Walnut Hill Lane and Interstate 35 in Dallas, as well as a 60,000-square-foot clinic complex and two satellite locations: a 5,400-square-foot clinic that just opened in Flower Mound and a 6,000-square-foot clinic in Irving.
Parker’s president, Dr. Fabrizo Mancini, was out of the country and unavailable for comment. But the school confirmed to RealPoints that it’s looking at either an expansion at its current location or moving to a new site: “Parker College of Chiropractic is experiencing a period of wonderful change and growth, including the coming announcement that we have achieved university status with the addition of more graduate degree programs and offerings.”
