Stream Realty Partners has leased 40,000 square feet of office space in Trammell Crow Center and will take occupancy of its new space this fall.

The commercial real estate firm is expanding out of about 28,800 square feet at Chase Tower; it has grown by about 30 percent since January 2011 and expects continued growth this year.

Stream took over leasing and management of Trammell Crow Center in February. The 50-story tower at 2001 Ross Ave. was built in 1984 by Trammell Crow Co. It’s now owned by JPMorgan Asset Management.

Sarah Erickson, Ramsey March, and Tommy Nelson of Stream represented Trammell Crow Center in the lease deal. Chris Jackson, regional managing partner for Stream, was the in-house tenant representative.
