Sterling One Properties, the developer behind Trend Tower at Harbor Heights, a 105,000-square-foot office building that’s planned near Interstate 30 in Rockwall, has awarded leasing of the project to CASE Commercial Real Estate Partners.
Scheduled for completion next year, Trend Tower is the first component of Harbor Heights, a 62-acre development that ultimately will include three more office buildings, 1,200 condo units, and five retail pad sites. The first office building will be anchored by TrendHR Services, which has inked a 24,000-square-foot prelease.
David Dees and Stephanie Thompson of CASE Commercial Real Estate will oversee marketing of the seven-story facility. “We have already received positive response from businesses who are tired of making the trip into Dallas and have been looking for a location that is closer to home,” Dees said in a statement. The building will be located near hotels and the Harbor District, which includes restaurants, entertainment, and covered parking.
