September Services has leased 1,231 square feet of office space at 2501 Oak Lawn Ave. in Dallas.

Matt Perry-Miller of Laughlin Commercial Real Estate represented the tenant. Belinda Dabliz was the in-house leasing agent for the landlord, Gaedeke Group LLC.
