Starbucks has renewed its 1,582-square-foot office lease at 9001-03 Airport Fwy. in North Richland Hills.

Maschera Usrey of Cushman & Wakefield of Texas Inc. represented the tenant in lease negotiations. Belinda Dabliz was the in-house leasing agent for the landlord, Gaedeke Group LLC.
