TLCurban, a real estate developer and investment firm, has purchased Overton Centre in Fort Worth, a 447,917-square-foot office property with two nine-story towers and one data center facility.

Gary Carr, Russell Ingrum, Eric Mackey, and Robert Hill of CBRE represented the seller, Holt Lunsford.

Overton Center is located in Southwest area of Fort Worth and sits on 24.6 acres of land. The building is currently 93 percent leased to corporate tenants.
