GT Industrial Properties has acquired a 103,000-square-foot industrial complex at 1400 Westpark Way in Euless. The building sits on about 11 acres.

Larry Denisoff and Jonathan Diamond with corporate services division of The Weitzman Group handled negotiations for the seller, Camtech Precision Manufacturing.

GT Industrial has already landed a tenant for the 70,000-square-foot back building of the campus; the remaining 33,000-square-foot front facility is being marketed for lease.

Among other amenities, 1400 Westpark Way offers heavy power, is crane-served, and is 100-percent air-conditioned and sprinklered.
