So much for the summer slow down. Brokers at North Texas commercial real estate firms have been busy making deals in June. During the past two weeks, more than 100 transactions have been posted on RealPoints’ DealTicker.

In addition to a large number of smaller-sized deals, recent transactions include Grand Openings, which acquired a 130,000-square-foot retail store in Dallas, The Howard Hughes Corp., which leased 14,213 square feet in Galleria Towers, Canales Furniture USA, which purchased an 86,800-square-foot industrial building in Arlington.
