Dick’s Sporting Goods has signed a 50,000-square-foot lease at Alliance Town Center in Fort Worth. The store will anchor a 140,000-square-foot second phase of the large retail development.

Construction on the store is slated to begin in July, with opening set for summer 2013.

Alliance Town Center is a joint venture between Hillwood and Trademark Property Co., which put the Dick’s Sporting Goods deal together. Currently 800,000 square feet and growing, the retail development sits off Interstate 35W at Heritage Trace Parkway in North Fort Worth.
