Tom Fishman

Tom Fishman has been named executive vice president of acquisitions at Hillwood Investments Properties. In this role he’ll lead the team charged with acquiring industrial properties across the United States.

Prior to joining Hillwood, Fishman oversaw acquisition, dispositions, and financing for a private equity firm specializing in real estate acquisition and ownership.

During the past 10 years, he has brokered the acquisitions of more than 31 million square feet of space through 90 separate transactions involving both major institutions and private investors, the value of which exceeds $1.3 billion.
