Haverty Furniture Cos. Inc. has leased 50,744 square feet of retail space at The Village at Allen shopping center in Allen.

Mark Reeder and Ryan Johnson with SRS Real Estate Partners represented the tenant in lease negotiations. Andrew Lehner and Jamie Streeter with Princeton Partners represented the landlord and developer, The MGHerring Group.

The Village at Allen is located on the southeast corner of Stacy Road and US-75. Other tenants include Super Target, Dick’s Sporting Goods, Toys R Us/Babies R Us, T.J. Maxx, HomeGoods, and Ross Dress for Less.
