Scarsdale One, a Dallas-based investment partnership, has purchased an 8,300-square-foot retail building at 4405 Ross Ave. for an undisclosed price.

Daniel Rivas of The Weitzman Group handled negotiations. The Weitzman Group will handle leasing of the property for the new owner.
