Cannon Commercial has tapped the Dallas office of Colliers International to exclusively lease Galleria Office Towers, a 1.4 million-square-foot landmark at the northeast corner of Interstate 635 and the Dallas North Tollway. The three-building complex has a current occupancy of 85 percent.
David Quisenberry, executive vice president at Colliers, will oversee the project, along with colleagues Michael Carmichael and Chris Lipscomb. The assignment previously was held by The John Bowles Co., which initially secured it in September of 2009. Carmichael and Lipscomb recently joined Colliers from JBC. Quisenberry joined the firm last December to head agency leasing.
Colliers executives say they plan to continue to build its agency leasing team.
Los Angeles-based Cannon Commercial has owned Galleria Office Towers since May of 2008, when it acquired the complex from New York-based Fortis Property Group for more than $300 million. According to its website, Cannon Commercial also owns 7515 Greenville and Toll Hill Office Park in Dallas, and well as a number of assets in Houston, San Antonio, and other Texas cities, as well as California and Illinois markets.
