Hayman Woods LLC has purchased the Bellagio at Beach Street, a 398-unit multifamily community at 4200 Northern Cross Blvd. in Haltom City. The development sits on 16 acres about eight miles north of downtown Fort Worth. It includes a central clubhouse and 14 residential buildings with one-, two-, and three-bedroom units ranging from 655 to 1,304 square feet.

The new owner plans ongoing renovations of the residential space.

Jonas Woods, CEO of Hayman Woods, said the property was a “great acquisition” for the company’s investors. “We know the Fort Worth market well and believe this property will continue to improve as the area’s transportation infrastructure improves,” he said.

Hayman Woods used $20.5 million of long-term fixed-rate Fannie Mae financing in the deal.
