Manera Academy has leased 19,109 square feet of industrial flex space at 4100 W. Royal Ln. in Dallas. Michelle Hudson with Hudson Peters represented the tenant in lease negotiations. Jeremy Kelly and Blake Kendrick of Stream Realty represented the landlord.
