Sleep Experts has leased 4,305 square feet of retail space to open a new store in the Shops at North East Mall in Hurst. Bryan Cornelius and Jim Dunn of Venture Commercial represented Sleep Experts in the lease negotiations, and the landlord, Simon Property Group was self-represented. The store is slated to open by the end of July.
