Sale: Land Tract Off I-35W in Fort Worth

QuikTrip Corp. has purchased a 99,305-square-foot tract of land at the northwest corner of Interstate 35W and Basswood Boulevard in Fort Worth. A QuikTrip store will be developed on the site. The buyer represented itself in the transaction. Clay Mote and Michael Dearden of Venture Commercial represented the seller, Basswood Development.
