The Dallas Women’s Foundation has signed a seven-year lease for 5,408 square feet of office space in Campbell Centre II at 8150 N. Central Expy. in Dallas. The space will serve as headquarters for the organization, which is ranked as the largest regional women’s fund worldwide, in terms of investment assets.
Campbell Centre II, a gleaming golden 318,166-square-foot office building, met two of the tenant’s top requirements—a central location and a conference room with adequate space for board meetings—as well as covered parking and hotel access.
Leigh C. Richter of Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services represented the tenant in the deal. Richter is a five-year board member of Dallas Women’s Foundation and donated her brokerage fees and commissions back to the organization, as did her firm.
CCI-B Campbell Centre LP, the landlord, was represented by Barbara Houlihan of Peloton Commercial Real Estate.
The staff of Dallas Women’s Foundation will be able to settle into its new office before hosting this year’s annual fund-raising luncheon benefiting women, girls, and the greater community. The event will take place in November at the Hilton Anatole.
