Twinrose Regent I in Irving

Mountain Accessories Inc. has signed a 10-year lease for 41,486 square feet of office/warehouse space in Twinrose Regent I at 2611 Regent Blvd. in Irving. The space will serve as the company’s new U.S. headquarters and main distribution hub, previously located in New Jersey.

Mountain Accessories Inc. is a high-end plumbing manufacturer, founded in 1997 in partnership with with Scotland-based McAlpine and Co. Ltd.  Its office and showroom will take up 10,000 square feet of the new space. The remaining 31,486 square feet will be used for warehouse and distribution. The company will take occupancy of its new Irving facility this fall.

NAI Robert Lynn’s Van Power and David Schrock represented the tenant in the deal.

Twinrose Regent I is a 256,500-square-foot office/warehouse on Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport land. The project is about 40 percent leased. Todd Lambeth of Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services, who oversees leasing of the property, said that number should improve in short order.

“Activity on Twinrose is very good and very brisk,” he said in a statement. “We’ve got a couple good deals teed up for that building. In 60 to 90 days, it will be almost 100 percent leased.

Lambeth and Bradford colleague Joe Santaularia represented the property owner in the lease to Mountain Accessories.
