North Central Plaza III, a 17-story, 354,000-square-foot office building overlooking the High-Five Interchange in North Dallas, has been sold by Younan Properties to JP Realty Partners.

CBRE’s Gary Carr, Eric Mackey, and Robert Hill represented Younan in the sale.

The building, which has an attached eight-level parking garage, is about 45 percent leased. It sits within the Park Central district at 12801 N. Central Expwy., at the southwest corner of Interstate 635 and North Central Expressway. It’s one of the busiest intersections in Texas, with about 475,000 commuters on the roadways each day.
