The powerhouse sales team led by CBRE’s Jack Fraker and Josh McArtor has been selected to market two big industrial portfolios.
The “Texas Industrial Portfolio” is a collection of buildings totaling 1.7 million square feet in Dallas-Fort Worth, Houston, San Antonio, and Austin. Its 70 percent leased to about 90 tenants.
According to the announcement from CBRE, the North Texas properties represent about 60 percent of the assets; they’re located in Addison, Carrollton, and along South Stemmons.
The ownership group and specific property addresses were not disclosed.
The CBRE team also has been retained to market the “Dallas and Austin Core Portfolio,” a 494,800-square-foot, three-building package. The assets include the American Leather building, a 250,000-square-foot facility at 4501 Mountain Creek Pkwy. in Dallas, and two properties in Austin’s Springbrook Corporate Center. All buildings are fully occupied; Springbrook Corporate Center includes an additional (optional) 47.7 acres of land.
According to the Dallas Central Appraisal District and the company’s website, this portfolio is owned by Houston-based Verde Realty.
Along with Fraker and McArtor, CBRE’s Jonathan Bryan and Heather McClain Venegoni will be marketing both portfolios. Greg Marberry will assist with the Verde package; Tom Lynch and Todd Mills will assist with the Texas Industrial Portfolio.
