Citronix has leased 16,146 square feet of office space at Pioneer 360 Business Center in Arlington, Building 200. Patrick Johnson of Stream Realty represented the tenant in lease negotiations. Cannon Green and Bates Arnot, also with Stream Realty, represented the landlord, Clarion Partners.
