• Windsor Place Townhomes, 3535 14th St., Plano; 140 units, 179,340 square feet. Sold by Windsor East 14 Associates LP.
• Heather Glen Townhomes, 2300 Ridge Run Road, Arlington; 92 units, 102,060 square feet. Sold by HGT LP.
• Chisholm Trail Townhomes, 8900 La Palma Drive, Fort Worth; 168 units, 179,340 square feet. Sold by Chisholm Trail Partners LP.
• Hunter Park Apartments, 3236 Hunter Park Circle, Fort Worth; 144 units, 114,720 square feet. Sold by Hunter Circle LP.
• Villas of Lime Tree, 2300 Citrus Lane, Arlington; 148 units, 152,234 square feet. Sold by Villas of Lime Tree LP.

We signed a lease 2 days before Multi Family Partners took over the property in Arlington. We were shown a model but placed in another unit that is completey falling apart and a health hazard. The office staff has no idea who owns the property, the maintenance team is down to one person and the property is falling apart inside and out. It’s becoming quite unsafe as well. The staff promised interior and exterior maintenance and improvements that just aren’t happening and are completely unresponsive to any verbal or written requests. Everything is the bare minimum. It took a month of research to find this article just to see who is behind this nightmare living situation myself and my son are in. It has taken calls to Code Enforcement, the Texas Tenants Union, and an Attorney to get an inch of assistance. I highly doubt this post will get this brokerage company monster to make a move, but hopefully someone looking to move into any of the properties on this list will take heed to this warning before doing so. I can’t imagine that any of the other properties are fairing better than mine are at this point. #sadstateofaffairs
