Capital Commercial Investments has purchased the National Health Building, a 98,928-square-foot, six-story office building in Grand Prairie. The seller, AIC ventures, was represented by Creighton Stark and Ben Lurie of Colliers International.
“We were able to produce a very competitive set of buyers and far surpassed our client’s pricing expectations,” said Stark in a statement. “The sale closed at the contracted price and within the time frame originally agreed to in the purchase and sale agreement.”
The building is located at 1901 N. State Highway 360. Built in 1984, the property sits on a 3.25-acre site. Current tenants include the National Transportation Security Administration, National Health Corporation, and FYI Television.
