Third-party logistics provider Ozburn-Hessey has leased 591,025 square feet at 3700 Pinnacle Drive in Dallas. The renewal and expansion adds about 200,000 square feet of space.
One of the world’s largest 3PLs, the company has more than 130 distribution centers and employs nearly 7,000.
Donna Locastro, regional vice president for contract logistics, said Dallas is a strategic location for OHL.
The company’s overall presence at Pinnacle Park now stands at 1.13 million square feet, according to CBRE’s Ann Huntington.
“This expansion will provide (Ozburn-Hessey) with room to expand its operations and better serve its growing client base,” she said.
Huntington and Doug McDowell with ProVenture in Brentwood, Tenn., represented the 3PL company in its search. Toby Rogers of Hillwood Investment Properties represented the landlord, Bentall Kennedy, in lease negotiations.
