KTR has selected CBRE to market Freeport Crossing, seven industrial properties totaling 1.2 million square feet. The portfolio is 93 percent occupied; its nine national and regional tenants that have an average remaining lease term of 6.4 years.

CBRE’s Jack Fraker, Josh McArtor, Jonathan Bryan, Heather McClain Venegoni, and Steve Trese will market the properties.

The buildings lie within the North D/FW Airport submarket, near Interstate 635 and State Highway 121. One of the most active and fast-growing submarkets, it contains about 64 million square feet of space, according to CBRE.

The assignment is the latest in a string of wins for the Fraker-led industrial team.
