Bright Realty has begun development of a new phase of its Castle Hills Village Shops. Slated for completion in spring 2013, the new phase will add 18,543 square feet of retail and restaurant space. About 30,000 square feet for office space has already been pre-leased.

Located in the master-planned Castle Hills community in Lewisville, the mixed-use project also features an outdoor plaza featuring shaded walkways, gardens, water features, a permanent stage with movie screen, and outdoor shaded seating.

The Village Shops serves both the immediate 2,500-acre Castle Hills neighborhood, which is currently home to more than 9,000 residents and 2,300 single family homes, and the area surrounding the community.
