Warehaus has leased 1,300 square feet of retail space in West Village, with plans to open its men’s boutique later this month. CNL Commercial’s Will Sale put the deal together.

Led by Patrick Ware, former general manager of Lifestyle Fashion Terminal, Warehouse will feature both casual wear and formal attire.

Ware is joined in the venture by Erin McBrian, a former fashion buyer for Lifestyle Fashion terminal, former cast member on VH1’s reality show “Football Wives,” and the wife of former Dallas Cowboys’ punter Mat McBriar. Tony Medley will serve as the store’s business manager.

Sale said Ware and his partners wanted to locate their store in Uptown, and West Village was the obvious choice. “This boutique will be the perfect complement to the stores that are already located in that area,” he said.
