YGI International has leased 51,000 square feet of industrial space at 1905 110th Street in Grand Prairie. Bates Arnot of Stream Realty Partners represented the tenant in lease negotiations. Cannon Green of Stream Realty Partners represented the landlord, Thackery Partners.
