The North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors has named the finalists for the Stemmons Service Award and the Young Citizen Award for 2012.
Considered the highest honor in the Dallas-Fort Worth commercial real estate industry, the Stemmons Service Award recognizes a NTCAR member for superior performance, both in terms of production and supporting the industry.
Finalists for 2012 are Susan Arledge, Arledge Partners; Riis Christensen, Transwestern; Gary Collett, Cushman & Wakefield of Texas; and Allen Gump, Colliers International.
NTCAR’s Young Citizen Award recognizes an outstanding young professional who, through industry participation, volunteerism, and charity “contribute to the betterment of the commercial real estate community and society as a whole.” Eligible candidates must be no older than 35 years old.
Finalists for 2012 are Sean Dalton, Younger Partners; Reid Goetz, Hillwood; David Liggitt, CBRE; and Charlie Morris, Colliers International.
Winners will be announced at a Dec. 5 event held at Brookhollow Country Club in Dallas.
