Community Beer Co.has leased 21,600 square feet at 1530 Inspiration Drive in Dallas.

It will use the space to brew an initial line up of to five beer styles, as well as seasonal offerings throughout the year. The company also will host tours and special events.

Community Beer’s Kevin Carr called it an exciting step for the company—and the Dallas craft beer movement.

It’s “a perfect location for us to create our wide range of beers for distribution to Dallas bars, restaurants, and retail outlets, as well as a destination for locals to visit and learn more about craft beer,” he said in a statement.

The property sits across from American Airlines Center off Interstate 35, near the Dallas Design District.

Cribb Altman of Cushman & Wakefield of Texas Inc. represented Community Beer Co. in its lease. John Hoctor negotiated on behalf of the property owner, Grossman & Frank.
