Segars McKinney LP has tapped Binswanger to sell a 70,200-square-foot industrial facility at 1720 Bray Central Drive in McKinney. Situated on 7.6 acres, the building previously was occupied by Orthofix, which used the space for its corporate headquarters, assembly/warehouse, and research and development operations. It was built in 2000.

Binswanger is aggressively marketing the property to a variety of manufacturing users. The building sits minutes from the McKinney Collin County Regional Airport.
