Fortis Construction has leased 2,700 square feet of office space at Chateau Plaza at 2525 McKinney Ave. in Dallas. Seth Weinstein of Newmark represented the tenant in lease negotiations. Tommy Nelson and Sarah Erickson of Stream Realty represented the landlord.
