Fidelity Information Services is consolidating its local operations into 38,604 square feet at One Hanover Park. The company is coming out of space in The Colonnade and Billingsley Co.’s International Business Park. It hopes to take occupancy of its new office by the end of the year.
The deal was put together by the tenant rep team of Jim Vanderslice and Will Sale at CNL Commercial. Kim Brooks and Justin Miller with Transwestern represented the land.
The CNL team does a lot of national work for Fidelity; this is one of the larger transactions the duo has put together.
“We went on a pretty grand tour, and this property stood out immediately as a top choice,” Sale said of One Hanover Park. “We pursued it, and it worked out.”
Vanderslice is back in action after another round of cancer treatments. While he was out, he relied on his partner to carry on.
“It was the biggest compliment in the world for him to say, ‘Here are my passwords, and here’s everything on my clients,” Sale said.
“I was out for three months, but we didn’t miss a beat,” Vanderslice added. “It’s great to be back.”
One Hanover Park, an eight-story office property along the Dallas North Tollway, was recently acquired by Cawley Partners.
