Venture Commercial has completed three big-box transactions in Dallas-Fort Worth totaling more than 138,000 square feet. The transactions involve Cityview Centre in Fort Worth, a former Albertsons facility in Allen, and Parker Crossing in Plano. Here are more details:
Spec’s Leases Space at Cityview Centre in Fort Worth
Spec’s Wines, Spirits and Finer Foods has leased 55,800 square feet of anchor space in the Cityview Centre Shopping Center at 4720 Bryant Irvin Road. This will be the chain’s 11th Dallas-Fort Worth location and will be its largest store to date.
Jeff Brand of Brand Capital Partners and Jody Detmore with SFP Brokerage represented Spec’s Family Partners Ltd. in the transaction. Christopher Gibbons and Michael Dearden of Venture Commercial represented the landlord.
Former Albertsons in Allen sold to JumpStreet
JumpStreet, the indoor trampoline center, has purchased a 62,332-square-foot former Albertsons building at 2031 W. McDermott Drive in Allen. The company has existing locations at North Central Expressway and Royal Lane in Dallas, at W. Park Blvd and Midway Road in Plano, and at 5615 Colleyville Blvd. in Colleyville.
Newmark Real Estate of Dallas LLC and Mike Quinlan of Newmark Knight Frank Frederick Ross of Denver represented JumpStreet in the transaction. John Zikos, Christopher Gibbons, Amy Pjetrovic-Hunnicut, and Chris Booras of Venture represent Albertsons LLC in the North Texas disposition of Albertsons stores.
99c Only Stores leases 20,000 Square Feet at Parker Crossing in Plano
Larry Leon, Clay Mote, and David Schnitzer of Venture Commercial represented 99c Only Stores in a 20,000-square-foot lease in the Parker Crossing Shopping Center at 1110 E. Parker Road in Plano.
