Cogent Group LLC has leased 6,065 square feet of office space at Danari Office Park Building I at 15150 Preston Road in Dallas. Sharon Friedberg and Melanie Hughes of Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services represented the landlord, ARI Preston LLC, in lease negotiations.
