Dairy Max Inc. has leased 5,920 square feet of industrial space at 2214 Paddock Way in Grand Prairie. Michael Stanzel of NAI Robert Lynn represented the tenant in lease negotiations. Micahel Spain and Jim Ferris of Bradford Company represented the landlord.
