Delta Group Electronics Inc. has leased 50,000 square feet of industrial space at 2920 N. Hwy. 360 in Grand Prairie. The space will house the company’s regional office and manufacturing operations.

Delta Group Electronics was represented in its eight-year deal by Tom Pearson and Chris Teesdale Colliers International. The landlord, TIAA, was represented by Kacy Jones and Stephen Koldyke with CBRE.

“This facility presents an opportunity for Delta to enhance market visibility while also gaining operational efficiencies and lowering operating costs,” Pearson said. “This new location will help position the company for significant growth in the foreseeable future.”
