Meridian Tower

A subsidiary of DFW Integrity Group Ltd. has acquired Meridian Tower, a 228,500-square-foot office building at Interstates 35E and 635 in Farmers Branch, and has tapped Stream Realty Partners to lease and manage the property.

The property was built in 1984. The new owner, 2711 LBJ Partners, is planning to make immediate improvements, including upgrades to the common areas and the addition of tenant conference rooms and spec suites. It says it will offer “aggressive rental rates to attract quality tenants.”

Kendall Cramer and Tim Terrell of Stream Realty will market the property to tenants. Meridian Tower takes the firm’s office leasing and management portfolio to 11.1 million square feet in North Texas. It also oversees Trammell Crow Center, Chateau Plaza, The Tower at Cityplace, and others.
