Former Jones Lang LaSalle exec Brad Blankenship has joined Cassidy Turley as managing director. He’ll lead the company’s project and development services group in Texas, and support the firm’s tenant representation, project leasing, and property management groups.
Over the course of his 32-year career, Blankenship has managed construction projects valued at more than $2.7 billion, including a corporate conference and lodging facility for Deloitte, a tower expansion for United Regional Healthcare, and corporate headquarters for Crossmark and Fossil.
“Brad brings unrivaled experience and leadership qualities to Cassidy Turley as we embark on our next phase of expansion,” said Bret Bunnett, regional managing partner, in a statement.
Blankenship previously was managing director of JLL’s project and development services group in North Texas. There, he was recognized with the firm’s Top Achiever Award from 1996-2011. He is a graduate of Texas A&M-Commerce, and accredited as a CPC by the American Institute of Constructors.
