The North Texas commercial real estate market has seen a number of new hires and promotions, as the industry continues to bounce back. Roster changes involve CBRE, Cassidy Turley, Stream Data Centers, and Interprise Design. Here are the details:

• Josh McArtor has been promoted to executive vice president at CBRE. He has collaborated on commercial property sales with colleague Jack Fraker for about seven years. Here’s more, from a recent “Conversation With” story published in RealPoints.

 

 

 

• Cassidy Turley continues to expand. The firm has hired Beth Lambert-Saul and Diego Arroyave to launch its capital markets platform in Texas. Lambert-Saul will serve as executive managing director; Arroyave has been named senior vice president. They join Cassidy Turley from Vision Capital, a boutique commercial real estate investment banking and capital advisory.

Prior to that, Lambert-Saul was a longtime executive at Archon Group. She also served as national president of CREW.  Arroyave worked for Winchester Carlisle Advisors, Cobalt Capital Partners, CBRE, and Archon Group.

The firm also hired Danny Kearns, who joins as vice president in the company’s tenant representative division. Kearns previously was executive vice president of corporate development at Dallas-based Scott + Reid, a general contracting concern.

 

 

 

• Stream Data Centers has hired Chris Kincaid as vice president of construction. In his new role, he’ll oversee construction of all data center facilities. Prior to joining Stream, Kincaid worked for Lee Technologies Inc., Emerson Network Power, and the U.S. Air Force.

• Interprise Design has named Rob Mahurin as design director. He brings more than 20 years of commercial design experience to his new post, including work for Colliers International, Ross Perot, Scott + Reid, Union Pacific, and other clients.
