PS Silveron LP, a purchasing entity formed by an investment group out of California, has purchased ±353-acre tract of land within the Lakeside International segment of the Lakeside business district. Tom Grunnah of Henry S. Miller arranged the acquisition on the side of the seller, Wells Fargo.
