The North Texas CCIM chapter, one of 56 local chapters nationwide, has announced that 12 of its members have recently earned the Certified Commercial Investment Member designation from the CCIM institute. Nationally, 215 members achieved the designation.

Locally, new CCIM designees include Robert H. Campbell of Westar Commercial Realty, Brendon John Fitzgerald of Thomson Reuters, Ryan B. Davis of Texas Instruments, Tyler Sorenson of GE Capital, Charles Walker of Spencer Consulting, Ryan Reeh of Hudson Advisors, Amber Thomas of Key Bank Real Estate Capital, Ryan Heddleston of MBP Capital Inc., Jeffrey Sheehan of Site Selection Group, Sarah Everett of Transwestern, Brad Lipton of Maverick Commercial, and James K. Hill of Texas Capital Bank.
