Four Point Star LP has tapped Colliers International to oversee property management of the office and retail portions of Republic Center, a 1.1 million-square-foot tower at 325 N. St. Paul St. in Dallas.

Originally built in 1954, the iconic building underwent a $75 million renovation in 2000.
