Fairchild Semiconductor Corporation has leased 12,021 square feet of office space at The Tower on Lake Carolyn at 909 Carolyn Parkway in Irving. Greg Burns and Fiona Forkner of Jones Lang LaSalle represented the tenant in lease negotiations. John Fancher of CBRE First represented the landlord, CBRE Global Investors.
