Universal Insurance Managers Inc. has leased 10,246 square feet of office space at Westway Business Center at 4300 Centreway Place in Arlington. Matt Craft and Ryan Matthews of Jones Lang LaSalle represented the tenant in lease negotiations. Heather Shover and Sean Dalton of Younger Partners represented the landlord, Wells Real Estate Investment Trust II.
