The 29th floor of Trammell Crow Center was the venue for RealPoints’ winter networking event for contributing editors and other commercial real estate pros. It offered spectacular views of Uptown and downtown Dallas, and of the new Klyde Warren Park.

Among the 200 or so attendees were 2012 Stemmons Award Winner Susan Arledge, Cresa’s Jim Leslie, and Robert Grunnah of Henry S. Miller.

A couple of attendees walked away with door prizes, including Bill Cawley, who won a “park” package featuring dinner at Stephan Pyles and a stay at the Ritz, compliments of Stream Realty.

We’re grateful to Stream and our other event sponsors: Cedar Hill Economic Development and Johnnie Walker, which again developed special drink recipes for the RealPoints crowd.
