Fiesta Restaurant Group has selected Addison as the location for its new corporate office. The parent of Taco Cabana and other chains will occupy more than 20,000 square feet of space at 14800 Landmark Blvd.

The company owns, operates, and franchises 250 restaurants in eight countries. It will continue to operate offices in San Antonio and Miami.

“Addison offered a competitive incentive package as well as a community with a rich talent pool for the restaurant industry,” said Timothy Taft, the company’s president and CEO, in a statement. “The ability to recruit and retain talent as well as the city’s central location and great amenities made Addison an ideal choice to continue to grow our business.”

Fiesta plans to add about 55 jobs in Addison during the next three years. It received economic incentives of $100,000 under the Addison Chapter 380 program.

“With the help of the Greater Dallas Regional Chamber of Commerce, we were able to cultivate the relationship with the company,” said Orlando Campos, director of economic development for the Town of Addison.  “They are a perfect fit within our targeted industrial sectors, bring in high-paying quality jobs to the region, and have a great corporate culture that blends well with Addison.”
