Investor Myron Goff has acquired 56 acres of land at Vanderbilt and Millers Ferry Road in South Dallas. The seller, American Bank of Texas, was represented by Tom Pearson, Chris Teesdale, and Ward Richmond of Colliers International.

Pearson said the deal “signifies the projected value the land is expected to continue yielding in the future.”
The Colliers brokerage team began marketing the 1,031 acres for the bank earlier this year; about 640 acres remain available.

“We are experiencing excellent activity on the remaining land, as demonstrated by the recent announcements of L’Oreal, Pepsi, and other deals focused on the southern Dallas sector,” Teesdale said. “Companies and investors are seizing the economic opportunities of the area.”
