TIB—The Independent Bankers Bank has acquired One Colinas Cross, a six-story, 181,961-square-foot building at 11701 Luna Road in Farmers Branch. Constructed in 1999, the building is half-occupied by JDA Software. TIB will shift its headquarters to the property from 350 Phelps Drive in Irving and absorb the remaining space.
Nora Hogan, Robert Deptula, and Natalie Snyder of Transwestern represented TIB in its search and acquisition. The seller, PacTrust, was represented by Jamie Jennings and Keith Fisher of Stream Realty Partners.
“We had been searching for a long time for a new TIB headquarters facility,” Hogan said. “When One Colinas Crossing came to market, we knew it was a perfect fit.”
According to its website, TIB is the nation’s largest bankers bank, serving nearly 2,000 banks located in all 50 states. It’s owned by more than 480 of those same institutions, and has more than $20 billion in assets under management.
